4 held after Facebook video shows torture of disabled man by group railing against Trump, whites
Chicago police took four suspects into custody after a video was streamed on Facebook Live of a young man being abused while bound and gagged. Police say the victim was found wandering the streets "in distress," and is now recovering from his injuries.
